Here's what I look at every day. YUCKY! We've been stuck inside for two solid days now- I couldn't take looking at this paneling for one more. Luckily I married my perfect match who is always up for a home improvement project. So here's what we did today to make our rent house more of a home. .

Amy's wheels

Watch out..here she comes. What a big girl!Amy and I were able to spend some time outside today as the temp was in the 80's and she loved riding her bike. She is finally able to pedal the bike all by herself a short distance then gets tired and want you to push her. She is so proud of herself...and actually so are we. :)

Cooking dinner

So Amy loves to help mommy make supper :) and since I think I missed my calling as a member of the paparazzi here are some pics of amy helping mommy make pigs in a blanket. She isn't a fan of waiting for things to cook as she is constantly asking 'is it ready for me to eat yet?' but really does like helping and does a pretty good job. They were very yummy..as she asked all through dinner..'aren't these delicious..i made them!" She's cute, funny and oh so humble..

SNOW DAY!!

Here are a couple of Amy's pics from playing outside in ICY BLAST 07. For anyone who has ever been to Texas when we get any sort of wintery percipitation, the city shuts down. Which is fine because it doesn't happen often and we don't have the resources avaliable to handle it..aka snow plows not that we'd ever need those, but still ice is never possible to drive on. Ice always wins. Anyway, Amy LOVED the snow..her favorite was to throw it at Mommy. Poor Daddy wasn't able to play much outside because he had to run into work and help them out with some projects, but Amy saved him some. We made up five snowballs and put them in a bucket in the frigde.. Here's a word of warning when you are emptying out the freezer a week later and dumping the ice like substance down the sink..DO NOT let Amy see you do this. It was a Level 10 tantrum..oh my goodness...At that point in time I would have driven to Minnesota or wherever it is that has snow now to get another bucket. I felt so bad. it's not that we give into tantrums..it just really hurt her feelings..she didn't want to give it up. Bad mommy..bad mommy

'Baby' Amy

So everyone knows Amy is one of thew worlds cutest and smartest little girls. Just have to share my latest cute 'baby Amy' story. I have been struggling with this cough all week, and today wasn't any better. After what felt like a five minute non stop coughing spell Amy told me 'if mommys throat hurts we need to get ice cream'. Ok..so how cute is that. I'm thinking oh look she trying to console me and got her pronouns mixed up. When my response was..'no mommy doesn't want ice cream right now' her response in the sweetest voice was and i'm NOT kidding, 'then I can have ice cream for you, my throat needs it too :) pause pause pause..PLEASE mommy." HOW FREAKING CUTE is that..who wouldn't give her the worlds biggest bowl of ice cream
